We went to a "Schaukäserei" in the Emmental, it is fanny becaas the Käserei is allsoo called Emmentalerkäserei. It was werry exciting and we were able to watch how chees is made. It is werry cool tooo watsch dis. I would recommand it to you. We can also tast a little bit from de chees. It was a riily special thing but it tastes goood.
